caliper kit. The S60-Plus has higher strength, lighter weight, and
better cooling characteristics, ensuring that users always get a

1. Caliper design [Lightweight and high strength]
The S60-Plus six-piston caliper adopts a one-piece ZL101A aluminum
alloy caliper body. CNC processing technology is used to carve out
a hollow structure to reduce the weight of the body, increase the
heat dissipation area, and effectively reduce the brake temperature
to achieve the purpose of strengthening the brake.
The appearance design is novel and large, with an integrated
structure, high strength, lightweight hollow design, and hollow
heat dissipation piston. The weight of a single caliper is about
4.1kg, which reduces the unsprung weight while ensuring strength,
ensuring that the vehicle performance remains in the best
condition.
The caliper uses an external dust cover and an internal sealing
ring. The excellent sealing effect prevents dust from entering the
piston wall, achieving an almost maintenance-free effect. The
piston structure uses a nickel-plated aluminum piston with a steel
heat dissipation pad, which has a better heat dissipation effect
and a more sensitive foot feel.
The total piston area is 54.95cm², and the piston diameters are
Ø30, Ø34, and Ø38mm. The unequal piston diameter design can provide
optimal braking performance and controllability while increasing
brake sensitivity, making the foot feel more linear.
2. Brake disc design [Air-cooled curved ventilation slot design]
The number of ventilation slots has increased from 48 to 73, which
has a better heat dissipation effect under intense driving
conditions and effectively delays the thermal decay caused by
continuous high-intensity braking.

The new disc is made of G3500 high-carbon alloy with a carbon
content of up to 3.85%. It adopts a 650-degree heat treatment
process. It has higher fatigue resistance than the original brake
pad with a carbon content of 3.5% and a 550-degree heat treatment,
increases wear resistance and reduces braking noise.
3. The adapter design [radial full floating design]
Adopts 7075-T651 material, with a full floating design structure,
and the screws are made of titanium alloy.
4. Brake pads can be optionally equipped with [ceramic/metal]
The width of the brake pad has increased from 57MM to 65MM, and the
friction area has increased by 22%.

5. Standard TEI steel roar (raw materials purchased from DuPont,
USA)
The steel hose is made of stainless steel, Teflon, and PVC; after
100% pressure testing, the compressive strength reaches 3000psi,
and it has strong corrosion resistance and high temperature
resistance; its function is to improve braking performance, enhance
braking accuracy, shorten braking distance, and ensure driving
safety.
